Church of Saint-Pancrace

Built in 1193 and flanked by a beautiful Romanesque bell tower that appears to have been erected between the late 12th and early 13th centuries, Saint-Pancrace church features some 1626 murals in its choir. Extended and restored many times, including in the 19th and 20th centuries, it has lost some of its architectural unity. Its neo-Romanesque west portal, as an example, dates from 1948 only.
