Agios Georgios ValsamitisA small monastery built around a sacred spring where oracles have foretold the future since the Bronze Age. The place was probably dedicated to the god Apollo and the divinatory tradition did not cease until 1967, when the Orthodox Church forbid this pagan practice.

The monastery can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm and from 5 to 7pm, and Sunday from 5 to 7pm.
